Samsung recently debuted its latest Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro at the Unpacked event. However, within two weeks after the launch, the brand suspended the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro shipment.

The fan community was eagerly waiting for the new-generation Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The brand introduced the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro earlier this month, but unfortunately, the wait wasn’t worth it.

A few early Galaxy Buds 3 Pro owners reported the unsatisfactory build quality of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. They reported that they are experiencing quality control issues with the earbuds, including the ear tips being easily torn. Lately, it’s been acknowledged that Samsung delayed the product’s release date on its official site to August 28. Whereas Amazon removed the listing altogether.

To settle the curiosity, the Korean giant has confirmed that it has temporarily stopped delivering to retail partners as it ensures the overall build quality of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The giant apologized to buyers in Korean markets for quality control issues with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro by issuing a statement.

It was also mentioned that it will conduct a thorough inspection of the earbuds before the July 24 launch date. The giant has confirmed delays in deliveries of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to retailers, which will affect customers.

Meanwhile, a few customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have already received emails from Samsung that notify them of possible delays in their orders.
