Earlier today, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series was spotted getting an October 2024 security patch in the US for unlocked units. Meanwhile, the same update is also live for ATT-locked units, which is now expanding to more carriers.

Samsung is rolling out the October 2024 security patch update for the locked variants of the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra with firmware version numbers S921USQS3AXI1, S926USQS3AXI1, and S928USQS3AXI1, respectively. The update is now live for almost all carriers, including T-Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Verizon, etc.
