Samsung is all set to bring its next major update, Android 15-based One UI 7, which is expected to bring beneficial upgrades to the Galaxy S24 Ultra camera quality.

It’s already been revealed that the Korean giant is all set to open its One UI 7 beta program and it is expected to land on July 29, initially for the Galaxy S24 series. This upcoming update will bring a notable and worthy upgrade to the camera quality of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

One UI 7 will beneficially optimize a few shooting modes for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is being speculated by the reports from @UniverseIce that the company will enhance the camera functionality of the Galaxy S24 Ultra with the upcoming update.

If the report is to be believed, the 1x and 5x 50MP modes for the primary and telephoto cameras, respectively, will enhance a similar picture quality as pixel-binned 12MP photos.

Currently, the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s 12MP pixel-binned mode captures the best image quality. However, the new report reported that with the forthcoming One UI 7 update, the 50MP primary and telephoto modes will capture similar image quality.

Apart from this, the update is highly anticipated to bring several beneficial upgrades to enhance the overall Samsung ecosystem with new convenient features, including Galaxy AI, notable changes, and improvements. Reportedly, One UI 7 will bring some new features inspired by iOS, such as redesigned app icons, a renewed quick toggle area, new home screen customization, and more.

Additionally, a popular Ice Universe claimed that the Galaxy S25 Slim exists and has an “Ultra” camera. However, this may cause confusion among users if the full setup will be exactly the same as the Galaxy S25 Ultra or if it is talking about just the primary camera.

It goes with the similar Galaxy Z Fold SE camera setup, so it may bring a 12 MP ultra wide camera and a 10 MP telephoto camera. Meanwhile, for the selfie camera, it may introduce a 12 MP front camera.
