Perfectly designed to fit into those tiny hands, the latest Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ is slim, lightweight, and durable, with an ergonomic puffy cover. 

The Galaxy Tab A9+ Kids Edition puffy cover is made up of a special material that’s flexible, lightweight, shockproof, and can easily handle regular wear and tear.

In addition, the Tab A9+ Kids Edition further includes three Crayo-Pen Stylus, which has three different colors, including red, yellow, and blue, along with a built-in hands-free stand, and two interchangeable pen tethers, which in turn offer a lot of fun play time and education simultaneously.

Availability: 

With a price of $269, Samsung confirms that the latest Galaxy Tab A9+ Kids Edition is available in the US in a graphite colorway with three case colors, including blue, red, and yellow. It will be available for in-store purchase on August 11 and can be purchased online via Samsung’s official website, BestBuy, and Amazon. 

It’s important to note that Samsung will launch a Galaxy Tab A9+ Kids Edition 5G version on Verizon later this August in the US.

Yesterday, Samsung released the November 2024 security patch for the Galaxy Tab S10 series devices in Europe, but it was limited to the 5G variants. Now, with the latest development, it is available for the Wi-Fi variants.

Samsung has rolled out the November 2024 patch for the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra devices with the firmware version number X820XXS2AXJ7 and X920XXS2AXJ7, respectively. The latest update has brought new improvements to the auto blocker with security enhancements.

Auto blocker gets improved

Along with this, the update will also bring new enhancements for the auto blocker. As per the changelog, USB devices will not be allowed to connect to this device after the update except when charging.

Samsung is rolling out the October 2024 patch to the Galaxy Tab A9+ in Europe, specifically, the Wi-Fi and 5G with firmware version numbers X210XXS4CXJ8 and X216BXXS4CXJ8, respectively. The update comes with an enhancement for security.

According to official documentation, more than 40 patches are included by Google and Samsung. More specifically, Google has included 30 patches that will improve the security of the devices on the Android OS level. Samsung has also introduced some extra patches to improve the device’s security.

Moreover, the update may bring more internal changes, enhancing the devices’ performance and stability. So you should go for the latest update.

According to the report, Samsung is developing a new Galaxy XCover 8 series. The device’s model number is SM-G766, and no other specifications are revealed.

Meanwhile, regarding the release date, Samsung is expected to follow the usual launch schedule for the previous launches of the Galaxy Cover models, i.e., mid-2025.

Galaxy Tab Active 6 Pro

Apart from the XCover series, the company is also working on the new generation of Galaxy Tab Active, the Galaxy Tab Active 6 Pro.
