Samsung is offering new convenient support for Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 users to use Google Wallet on their cover screens.
Galaxy Z Flip smartphones support the Google Wallet app, but until now, using the app on the cover screen has not been supported. Finally, the brand offers new support for running Google Wallet on the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 6.
The Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 both feature a 3.4-inch cover screen that can display multiple widgets and even some applications. However, noticeably, it will not be supported natively. To use the Google Wallet on the cover screen of your flip phone, you must have Good Lock and its MultiStar module.
You can easily use the Google Wallet on the cover screen of your Galaxy Z Flip 5 by installing Good Lock and its MultiStar module. Once you download, add the MultiStar widget to the cover screen and add the Google Wallet app.
Previously, even after adding Google Wallet to the MultiStar widget on the Galaxy Z Flip 5’s cover screen, this app would not run. This new support is expected to arrive with the upcoming update of Good Lock’s MultiStar, the Google Wallet app, or the One UI 6.1.1 update.
Noticeably, this new support will not be compatible with the Galaxy Z Flip 4 since its display is quite smaller as compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 5. The Korean giant is also adding four new applications and four new widgets to the cover screen with the latest update, One UI 6.1.1, including Facebook, Gmail, Google Maps, and Google Messages.

Samsung Health monitor support end from December 23
Samsung has officially notified that it will discontinue the software support for the Samsung Health Monitor from December 23. According to the information, the Samsung health monitor new version 1.4.1 will support Android OS 9.0; support for 10.0 and 11.0 will be discontinued.
However, it doesn’t mean that the older version users will not get the functionality of the app. But it will be limited to ending the software support for the app for the respective Android version.
So Samsung has recommended its users update their phones to the latest version before the deadline to enjoy the services without any interruptions.
