The latest Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 launched with Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 out of the box. This latest software version brings dozens of new features, improvements, and notable changes, including AI-powered tools.

Initially, Samsung introduced the AI features with the One UI 6.1 update under the Galaxy AI title. Now the brand has expanded the range of AI-powered features with the latest One UI 6.1.1 update. This update brings several advanced features to enhance the user experience.

One UI 6.1.1 Galaxy AI Features

The One UI 6.1.1 is primarily dedicated to the Galaxy AI as compared to other features. It introduces convenient AI-based features; one of the noteworthy features is Sketch to Image, among many others. Let’s take a closer look at the new novelties of the One UI 6.1.1 update.

  • Sketch to Image

Sketch to Image is a new tool that uses a generative AI mechanism that generates almost perfectly fine pictures from rough sketches. It can also add new objects to existing photos if you draw any sketches on the photo.

  • Portrait Studio

Portrait Studio is an AI-powered feature that converts standard portrait images into multiple artistic styles. As with the Sketch to Image features, it also works based on generative AI techniques to convert photos into 3D cartoons, watercolors, comic book drawings, and more.

  • Live Translate

Live Translate is one of the noteworthy features initially introduced with One UI 6.1. With the latest update, the brand has enhanced this live translation feature by expanding its support beyond the phone app. This feature will soon be compatible with third-party apps such as WhatsApp and Google Meet.

  • Text Composer

One UI 6.1.1 brings a new, interesting AI-powered tool called the Composer feature to the keyboard that can generate text suggestions based on simple keywords. It does not just offer you text suggestions; it can also mimic your writing style by analyzing your previous posts while using social media apps. Currently, this feature is only available for email and select social media applications.

  • Suggested Replies

One UI 6.1.1 on the Galaxy Z Flip 6 offers suggested replies. It will scan your last seven messages in a conversation and suggest replies to send through the 3.4-inch FlexWindow without even asking you to flip open the phone. The brand has also claimed that a new Auto Zoom feature upgrades FlexCam by finding the best framing.
