Samsung Announces Major AI Update for Bixby Coming This Year
The awaited Galaxy Unpacked event 2024 in Paris was done successfully. Samsung debuted a bunch of the latest Galaxy products, including the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, Galaxy Watch 7, Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3 Series, and Galaxy Ring. At the event, the brand also announced that a major upgrade to Bixby is coming this year.
Undoubtedly, Samsung is the leading brand in the AI market. To bring a new boost to the AI, at the launch event, TM Roh confirmed that a major upgrade is coming to Bixby. The upcoming Bixby update will use Samsung’s large language model for artificial intelligence capabilities.
Bixby is Samsung’s official virtual assistant that makes it easier to use your Galaxy phone. The brand has already delivered tons of gradual improvements to Bixby since its launch. Now, as the brand has announced, it’s bringing a major boost to enhance Bixby’s functionality and compatibility.
TM Roh announced, “We’re going to advance Bixby with the application of Gen AI technology.”

Samsung Health monitor support end from December 23
Samsung has officially notified that it will discontinue the software support for the Samsung Health Monitor from December 23. According to the information, the Samsung health monitor new version 1.4.1 will support Android OS 9.0; support for 10.0 and 11.0 will be discontinued.
However, it doesn’t mean that the older version users will not get the functionality of the app. But it will be limited to ending the software support for the app for the respective Android version.
So Samsung has recommended its users update their phones to the latest version before the deadline to enjoy the services without any interruptions.
Samsung Health monitor features
