Samsung Galaxy S22 Users facing green line issue after software update
Samsung Galaxy S22 users are facing a troublesome issue, which is quite distracting, called the Green Line issue. Several Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra owners are reporting that the green line issue suddenly appeared on their devices.
However, the green line issue is not a new case for Samsung devices, since this issue has already appeared on various S-series devices, including the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21 FE, and Galaxy S21.
Now a few Galaxy S22 series owners are facing the green line issue. The actual reason behind this issue has to be confirmed since the line is occurring on different phones in different scenarios. This is being speculated since several Galaxy S22 users are reporting this issue.
A user on X shared a post, revealing that on his mother’s Galaxy S22+ phone, the green line appeared suddenly. However, he doesn’t mention whether the line occurred after updating the phone with a new update or anything else. A few other users also reported that after upgrading their Galaxy S22 phone with the latest June 2024 patch, the same green line issue occurred on their phone.
Usually, the green line issue occurs after upgrading the device with the latest or many major software updates. But this time a new case came into existence as a Galaxy S22 Ultra user reported that while setting the phone’s refresh rate to 60 Hz, the phone runs perfectly fine. But switching the refresh rate to 120 Hz suddenly caused a caused a green line to appear. Also, the Samsung service center asked him to pay for a screen replacement.
It is expected that Samsung will soon acknowledge this green line issue and take serious action regarding it to give relief to the users who are going through this trouble.

Samsung Health monitor support end from December 23
Samsung has officially notified that it will discontinue the software support for the Samsung Health Monitor from December 23. According to the information, the Samsung health monitor new version 1.4.1 will support Android OS 9.0; support for 10.0 and 11.0 will be discontinued.
However, it doesn’t mean that the older version users will not get the functionality of the app. But it will be limited to ending the software support for the app for the respective Android version.
So Samsung has recommended its users update their phones to the latest version before the deadline to enjoy the services without any interruptions.
Samsung Health monitor features
There are many new features that will provide several new changes for the devices; let’s explore them more. Basically works along with the integration of the ECG function that lies within the Health Monitor app that allows users to receive notifications of their atrial fibrillation (Afib) or sinus rhythm while also calculating the heart rate rhythms.
As the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic are Wear OS-based Galaxy smartwatches, it’s also expected that all the newer smartwatches launched after the Galaxy Watch 4 will probably get the new irregular heart rhythm notification feature soon in future updates.

Samsung has already jumped into the slim phones segment with the Galaxy Z Fold SE, which is released in limited regions, including China and South Korea. According to several rumors, the company is planning to introduce the Slim variant of the Galaxy S25 next year.
