Samsung is setting up to debut its two new affordable devices, the Galaxy S24 FE and the Galaxy A16 5G. A new report suggests a launch date for both devices.
For so long, Samsung Galaxy S24 FE’s leaks have been blown in the market regarding specs. Now a new report is suggesting the launching date of this upcoming FE variant and the Galaxy A16 5G.
Earlier this year, Samsung debuted the Galaxy S24 series. Now it is looking forward to releasing its affordable version,the Galaxy S24 FE. On the other side, it is also gearing up to release the Galaxy A16 5G as the successor to the Galaxy A15.
If the report is to be believed, Samsung will launch the Galaxy S24 FE in October and the Galaxy A16 in December this year.
It has already been reported that the brand could power the Galaxy S24 FE with its in-house Exynos 2400 chipset. It will feature a 6.7-inch display with 120 Hz and 1900 nits of peak brightness. It could be equipped with a camera module similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and have some AI-powered photography features.
It is reported that the forthcoming Galaxy A16 5G will adopt a Key Island design. The key specs of the devices have also been revealed through pre-launch certifications. The brand launched its predecessor, the Galaxy A15, in December 2023. Following the previous release, it seems that this report will come true: the Galaxy A16 5G will be on the floor in December.
However, Samsung has not announced the release date or any specs for both devices. It remains to be seen whether this report will come true.

Samsung Health monitor support end from December 23
Samsung has officially notified that it will discontinue the software support for the Samsung Health Monitor from December 23. According to the information, the Samsung health monitor new version 1.4.1 will support Android OS 9.0; support for 10.0 and 11.0 will be discontinued.
However, it doesn’t mean that the older version users will not get the functionality of the app. But it will be limited to ending the software support for the app for the respective Android version.
So Samsung has recommended its users update their phones to the latest version before the deadline to enjoy the services without any interruptions.
Samsung Health monitor features
There are many new features that will provide several new changes for the devices; let’s explore them more. Basically works along with the integration of the ECG function that lies within the Health Monitor app that allows users to receive notifications of their atrial fibrillation (Afib) or sinus rhythm while also calculating the heart rate rhythms.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will follow Ultra camera specs

Samsung has already jumped into the slim phones segment with the Galaxy Z Fold SE, which is released in limited regions, including China and South Korea. According to several rumors, the company is planning to introduce the Slim variant of the Galaxy S25 next year.

Similarly, like the Galaxy Z Fold SE was introduced with the 200MP camera, the Galaxy S25 Slim is also reportedly going to be equipped with the same camera that will also be available in the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
According to the report, a new module number SM-S937U was spotted in the IMEI date labels. It is further said to be the Galaxy S25 slime, which is expected to arrive with higher specifications.
Additionally, a popular Ice Universe claimed that the Galaxy S25 Slim exists and has an “Ultra” camera. However, this may cause confusion among users if the full setup will be exactly the same as the Galaxy S25 Ultra or if it is talking about just the primary camera.

Earlier today, Samsung rolled out the November 2024 security patch for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 devices in the US. The update was spotted for the Verizon locked now it is expanding to more carriers.
