Samsung Galaxy S25+ to bring upgraded camera setup and faster charging
Samsung is half a year away from introducing the Galaxy S25 series. The Plus variant of the series is expected to bring massive camera upgrades and enhance charging facilities.
Following the previous release schedules, the forthcoming Galaxy S25 series is supposed to debut in early 2025. The lineup will include, as usual, three variants: base, plus, and ultra. The Plus variant is expected to bring a camera upgrade and upgraded charging speed.
It is expected that the Galaxy S25+ could bring a new periscope telephoto, which will permit a longer focal length without making the phone excessively thick. The second upgrade in the camera setup of the Galaxy S25+ could be the bigger main camera.
The current Galaxy S24+ has a 50MP main camera. If the report is to be believed, the upcoming Galaxy S25+ could have a bigger main camera than its predecessor. Although, currently, the exact megapixel is not revealed. Apart from the camera upgrades, it is also reported that the brand could offer fast charging speed support to enhance the charging experience.
It is speculated by a tipster, @TheGalox_, on X, who shared a post suggesting that Samsung bring a new periscope telephoto, a bigger main camera, and faster charging. However, Samsung has not officially confirmed these upgrades yet. It remains to be seen whether these changes will come true or not.
Recently, it was also reported that the brand could rename the model name of the Galaxy S25 series; the Plus could be named Pro; and the Ultra could be named Note.

Samsung Health monitor support end from December 23
Samsung has officially notified that it will discontinue the software support for the Samsung Health Monitor from December 23. According to the information, the Samsung health monitor new version 1.4.1 will support Android OS 9.0; support for 10.0 and 11.0 will be discontinued.
However, it doesn’t mean that the older version users will not get the functionality of the app. But it will be limited to ending the software support for the app for the respective Android version.
So Samsung has recommended its users update their phones to the latest version before the deadline to enjoy the services without any interruptions.
Samsung Health monitor features
There are many new features that will provide several new changes for the devices; let’s explore them more. Basically works along with the integration of the ECG function that lies within the Health Monitor app that allows users to receive notifications of their atrial fibrillation (Afib) or sinus rhythm while also calculating the heart rate rhythms.

Similarly, like the Galaxy Z Fold SE was introduced with the 200MP camera, the Galaxy S25 Slim is also reportedly going to be equipped with the same camera that will also be available in the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
According to the report, a new module number SM-S937U was spotted in the IMEI date labels. It is further said to be the Galaxy S25 slime, which is expected to arrive with higher specifications.
