Samsung Galaxy S25 Series: Here’s what we know so far

Samsung is now actively working on expanding its flagship Galaxy S series by introducing a next-generation Galaxy S25 series. Here are the Galaxy S25’s expected specs so far.
The Korean giant is developing the Galaxy S25 series under the hood and has yet to reveal any official announcement regarding the specs of the lineup. The Galaxy S25 series will be a successor to the latest Galaxy S24 series.
Galaxy S25 Expected Features
The Galaxy S25 series will include, as usual, three variants: base, plus, and ultra. Without any official announcement, leaks and reports are continuously blowing in the market to tease the fan community.
Processor
Recently, Samsung confirmed the existence of its in-house Exynos 2500 chipset, which is expected to power the base and Plus variants of the Galaxy S25 series. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
Design
The brand will introduce a new design for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which will be more round. The boxy and sharp corners of the Galaxy S24 Ultra somehow create a kind of inconvenience while using the phone without a case. It is reported that Samsung could design a rounder corner for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Memory
Reportedly, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will bring a massive camera upgrade. The giant could boost the memory package of the upcoming ultra variant, as it’s reported that the Galaxy S25 Utlra could arrive with 16GB of RAM.
Battery
Jumping on the battery specs, multiple times the batteries for the series have already been spotted online. It’s rumored that the brand could not offer any major and noticeable upgrade in the battery package, as it could offer the same 5000mAh battery with 45W charging support as its predecessor.
However, Samsung has yet to reveal the exact specifications of the Galaxy S25 series. It will be interesting to see exactly what new novelties the forthcoming Galaxy S25 series will bring.
