The Korean firm ‘Samsung’ has made more comprehensible device repairs for AT&T customers in the US.

Samsung collab with AT&T to simplify the device repair process for its customers. This partnership aims to offer easier scheduling of repairs for AT&T customers and provide a more convenient solution than previous repair options.

Now AT&T customers can schedule same-day walk-in repair appointments at Samsung retail stores or uBreakiFix locations through their AT&T customer service. This suggests that customers can now avoid contacting various parties for a single repair; the giant has simplified the entire process.

Noticeably, the focus is on repairing the customer’s existing device instead of replacing it. Other smartphone brands in the market, including Apple, could potentially simply swap out the broken devices of customers for a new unit or a comparable refurbished unit.

The Korean giant acknowledged that customer satisfaction should be the priority, and because of this, it is aiming to repair devices instead of replacing them. The brand also assured the customers that they could return repaired devices to their original condition.

Repaired devices come with a 90-day warranty or the remaining time of the original warranty. The repair centers have Samsung-certified technicians, and for repairs, they will only use original Samsung parts to ensure premium service quality. Noticeably, customers can get same-day repairs for almost all flagship devices, including the Galaxy S21 and newer models, but with appointments before 3 p.m..

Additionally, a popular Ice Universe claimed that the Galaxy S25 Slim exists and has an “Ultra” camera. However, this may cause confusion among users if the full setup will be exactly the same as the Galaxy S25 Ultra or if it is talking about just the primary camera.

It goes with the similar Galaxy Z Fold SE camera setup, so it may bring a 12 MP ultra wide camera and a 10 MP telephoto camera. Meanwhile, for the selfie camera, it may introduce a 12 MP front camera.
