Samsung users can now hide Gemini Button in Google Messages
Recently, Samsung dropped its messaging application for Google Messages to upgrade its RCS technology. However, users are unsatisfied with this change, especially the dedicated Gemini button.
The company adopts Google Messages as its default messaging app. The aim behind this step seems to be to upgrade the RCS technology. However, users dislike Google Messages as their default messaging app, specifically the dedicated Gemini button.
Google, with the July update, placed a dedicated floating button to activate Gemini within Google Messages. The Galaxy users’ reviews suggest that this dedicated button is not that convenient. Fortunately, the brand acknowledges the reviews of users and is already gearing up to offer a facility to remove the Gemini button.
In case you don’t like that button, you can now hide it by navigating to Settings > Gemini in Messages > Show the Gemini button and disable that toggle.
If the report is to be believed, this new feature is only visible in the latest Google Messages beta app with the version number 20240808_01_RC00. It is expected that soon the brand will make the update available widely.

Samsung Health monitor support end from December 23
Samsung has officially notified that it will discontinue the software support for the Samsung Health Monitor from December 23. According to the information, the Samsung health monitor new version 1.4.1 will support Android OS 9.0; support for 10.0 and 11.0 will be discontinued.
However, it doesn’t mean that the older version users will not get the functionality of the app. But it will be limited to ending the software support for the app for the respective Android version.
So Samsung has recommended its users update their phones to the latest version before the deadline to enjoy the services without any interruptions.
