Samsung SmartThings frameworks update bring glitch to the devices
Samsung is usually active in bringing new updates for all the Galaxy devices, irrespective of their availability. It is always expected that users should get a better experience after installing new software on their device, but unfortunately, it now always works like now, after the update of smartThings, it is not getting a new update.
SmartThings Galaxy S10 and Note 10 devices
According to the Android Authority, several users have reported that they are getting some glitches on the older devices, including Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 devices. However, those users haven’t clearly said about the cause of the issue, but as per the report, the issue is encountered after the SmartThings.
However, there is now a specific cause that isn’t clear if it is only the failure of the new smartthing update or something else also included.
As of now, the only way to get rid of this issue is to do a factory reset of the devices, which will cause the user to lose the important data. But if Samsung can acknowledge this issue soon, then we may get some other option to get rid of this issue; maybe the software flashing will be the next way.
In case you are using any of these devices, including the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S105G, Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+, and Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, and haven’t gotten any issues yet, then it is recommended to turn off the auto-update app option from the Galaxy store.
