Telegram update brings ability to set video quality for users

Telegram has rolled out a new update for its users. The company has brought a new feature for its users, where they can then set the quality of video for a better experience. Along with this, the update adds some more new changes, like last edit timestamps, attaching media to sent messages, increasing limits for mini apps, and more. Let’s explore them all.
Enjoy videos without buffering
After the new Telegram update, users who receive any newly uploaded video in the large channels will enjoy the playback without buffering and faster loads. Now when you stream any video, it will automatically degrade the quality depending on the data speed for faster loads. Along with this, the user can also manually change the quality level, including high, medium, or low.
Adjust Playback speed
Telegram users can now seamlessly speedup videos via simple gestures such as holding on the right side of the video to activate 2x speed, while you can also do that by sliding right gradually. Once you release it, the playback speed will go back to normal
Chat-specific hashtags
Now group and channel owners can use the new format #hashtag@username for hashtags that only show posts and stores from the same chat when tapped.
Apart from these, the Telegram update also brings new facilities related to the bots that can use up to 1000 messages per second; this is an exponential change in the limit of bots, which earlier only had a capacity of 30 messages. It is worth noticing that increasing limits costs just 0.1 stars per message, which can be paid from telegram stars from the bot’s balance
To take advantage of the latest features, you just need to go to the Google Play Store and update the Telegram application from your device. The update was officially rolled out for the Android users a couple of days ago, so it should be available for all the users.
